     I have been fortunate enough to experience Elizabeth's gift both as a shamanic healer and a facilitator. Her ability to create a deep bond between group members and build a sense of supportive community through the journey process was beyond my expectations. Her skillful and loving facilitation created a space which allowed each of us to do the deepest work possible. Throughout the trip, Elizabeth used her own shamanic practices and "seeing" to help us through our difficult moments leading a way to greater understanding, pushing us to reach beyond our limitations, and helping us to find peace. Cross‑Cultural Connection

    I took two trips to Ecuador with Elizabeth Kramer. While both differed in location, group composition and focus the commonality was Excellence. Elizabeth has solid, long standing relationships with extremely experienced shamans of different traditions. As a skilled facilitator and cultural guide she creates a menu of experiential learning physical challenge, ceremony, sightseeing and shopping all in a gorgeous, lush diverse ecosystem. I learned, laughed and loved every minute of it!

Mystical Healing

    When I went to see Elizabeth for shamanic healing I was a skeptic, but I went with the recommendation of my good friend Susan. My life had been at a crossroads for some time, and I felt lost and disconnected. Half way into the healing session, I began to feel as though something heavy was being lifted from the center of my stomach. I began to laugh and cry at the same time. I did not know what was happening, and since I didn't believe in this stuff, I felt like I was outside my body looking at myself. Suddenly, I felt like I was being pulled down into my physical body like I have never been in it before. I felt my organs, my breath, even the bottom of my feet, and then everything inside of me became a beautiful color purple and I experienced peace. I still don't know what happened, all I know is that I left that session feeling connected and secure, and I began to make the changes in my life I needed to feel good again.
